Key Responsibilities

Deliver breakthrough advances in the mathematics and algorithms of LLM training

Develop, implement, and benchmark novel solutions to complex problems

Demonstrate competence in taking mathematical ideas through to practical implementations in software

Required Qualifications

Masters Degree or Doctorate in Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Strong mathematical background with knowledge in areas such as linear algebra and Bayesian inference

Proficient in Python and PyTorch with the ability to write efficient, well-organised code

Familiarity with the latest developments in large language models and related techniques

Basic understanding of version control systems, such as git
