Job Responsibilities
- Manage and lead functional site payment teams, ensuring all project deliverables meet customer expectations and contracted terms.
- Lead all aspects of project delivery, ensuring services adhere to the highest quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop policies, procedures, and training materials in collaboration with senior leaders.
- Review reports, data, and indicators to recognize performance trends and address risks.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in work streams and participate in project review meetings.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to departmental junior managers and employees, including performance management and professional development.
- Conduct QC and approval of site payments, budget entries, and payment issue resolutions as needed.
