Experience working with IT systems in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors is preferred. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow for task management, documentation, and project tracking. Proficiency in Visio (for system design diagrams) and Balsamiq (for mockups). dvanced skills in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for communication, reporting, and presentations.
