Key Responsibilities

Build and oversee the adjuster licensing process, ensuring all adjusters are properly licensed

Monitor and interpret changes in insurance regulations related to adjuster licensing

Create and implement policies and procedures related to adjuster licensing and compliance

Required Qualifications

4 years of experience in adjuster license management with an understanding of related insurance laws

3 years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams

Experience in claims operations or working with claims

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance programs

Strong drafting and policy-writing skills
