Responsibilities
- Implement Workday's HR solutions for healthcare customers, ensuring successful deployment
- Gather and analyze requirements while configuring systems and conducting solutions testing
- Provide insights on healthcare industry trends to align customer needs with leading practices
- Communicate project status and risks to Engagement Managers across multiple projects
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues to foster a collaborative team environment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, focusing on Core HCM and Compensation modulesProven technical experience in requirements gathering, solution design, data conversion, and testingSignificant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industryStrong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple initiativesExceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiencesPreferred Qualifications
