CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Schedule : Monday–Friday (Rotating Saturdays)

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Position Summary :

Join a people-oriented company where your growth matters! At Kilter Termite & Pest Control, we’ll train you to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key support for our field team.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and jobs for Inspectors and Technicians
  • Collect payments and process remote deposits
  • Input and update customer information accurately
  • Support technicians and respond to their needs in real time
  • Collaborate with Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Document accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Job Qualifications and Skills :

  • Experience handling high-volume phone activity, including outbound and inbound calls
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Professional demeanor with tact, courtesy, and consideration toward customers and coworkers
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
