This role is ideal for coaches who can confidently integrate CliftonStrengths insights into leadership coaching sessions with executives. Our projects vary in scope and timing, so were looking for coaches we can engage with on both current and future initiatives.About the Coach LevelWe are seeking seasoned executive coaches with at least two years of coaching experience. While the number of years specifically using CliftonStrengths is flexible, all candidates must be certified and already fluent in CliftonStrengths concepts, frameworks, and tools. At transform.forward, were known for blending data-informed insights with human-centered leadership development. We prioritize depth, integrity, and alignment with each clients unique context. We match coaches to clients based on expertise, capacity, and alignment with the clients context. Most sessions are 60 minutes long, and engagements range from one to six sessions per leader, with the possibility of extending to a longer-term coaching engagement.While this is a contract role, we strive to create a community of trusted coaches who are well-supported and seen as partners in our client impact. This posting is for upcoming projects, but there may also be future opportunities available.
