Responsibilities (Job Responsibilities)
Assist the licensing team with the fingerprinting process and ensure compliance with regulationsCompile required documents, research necessary information, and process payments for medical provider licensesManage electronic and paper records, including inputting information into databasesRespond to inquiries and educate applicants about the licensing processInteract professionally with state licensing boards and maintain confidentiality of files and documentsQualifications
Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 2 years' experience in Medical Licensing and Medical Staff Services preferredStrong knowledge of medical terminologyHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAbility to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications
