Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the schedule and the scheduling template to meet the practice’s efficiency and production goals. Position Overview :
- You will provide Treatment coordination in a well-respected, fast-paced, state-of-the-art periodontal & implant practice in both our SAN LUIS OBISPO and SANTA MARIA / ORCUTT locations.
- As a Front Office team member, your focus is to ensure that each patient visit is a well-executed comprehensive appointment where the patient arrives value-ready, proceeds smoothly through their appointment, and leaves complete for payment and their next steps.
