Full-Time | 3rd shift – 10 : 00PM-6 : 30AM, Monday-Friday

Location – Indianapolis, Indiana

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Blender to join a beverage manufacturing team. This role will be responsible for mixing, preparing, and staging raw materials according to production requirements. The Blender will ensure product quality, accuracy, and consistency while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately measure, weigh, and blend ingredients following established formulas and procedures

Monitor blending process to ensure consistency and quality of product

Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet food safety and sanitation standards

Record data related to materials, batches, and production runs

Inspect raw materials and report any issues to leadership

Assist with inventory control and material staging for production

Qualifications

Previous experience in food / beverage manufacturing or a blending / mixing role preferred

Ability to follow recipes, formulas, and detailed instructions accurately

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
