Sales Representative
Our ideal candidate will live in the Midwest or be South-Centrally located.
The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales in the Power Efficiency Solutions segment. Primary duties include revenue goal achievement, implementing a sales plan to drive profitable growth, and executing to the plan. The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell strategically. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with in-depth industry experience and a true passion to win. Candidate must have exceptional project management skills, a record of contributing to high performance teams and developing outstanding relationships with internal and external customers. A strong work ethic with proactive communication skills that encourage courageous conversations are a must.
Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field experience preferred
5+ years' experience in sales roles in industrial companies selling to a diverse group of OEMs and / or Wholesale Distributors using both direct sales teams and manufacturing reps
Experience in sales, product, engineering or marketing management HVAC products
Strong customer orientation with ability to build executive level relationships.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate team members
Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and sales plan.
Proven track record of profitable growth.
Basic knowledge to work with Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Excel, forecasting and reporting software.
Experience working with 80 / 20, Policy Deployment methodologies, and CRM is preferred.
Travel : Up to 50% required

$120,000 - $135,000 + 30% SICP bonus
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
