• Main duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager include : Directly leading a team of 8-10 Maintenance Supervisors, Planners, and Controls Technicians
• Hands-on troubleshooting and support of AB 5000 series PLC’s, Powerflex PLC’s and Fanuc Robotics
• Ensure all maintenance goals pertaining to safety and quality are met
• Hiring and training of new maintenance personnel
• Act as an ‘on-call’ technical support leader when needed
• Using SCADA and Ladder Logix to aid in writing new automation programs
• Create new Preventative Maintenance programs
• Ensure lock-out, tag-out and all plant equipment safety goals are met
• Work closely with vendors during new equipment installation projects
• Qualifications include : BS in Engineering strongly preferred. Will consider AS degrees
• At least 3-5 years of experience leading maintenance teams in heavy industrial environments.
• Strong in PLC and robotic troubleshooting and installation projects
