The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth / venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, commercial agreements and other business transactions. Experience with deals in the software, technology, healthcare or life sciences industries is a significant plus. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
