We're looking for a detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience- a perfect room to check into and a well-maintained property, from the bar, to breakfast, to the restrooms and exterior. You'll be assisting in the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Candidates for this position must be active, imaginative, and consistent in their commitment to assist our guests and have a commercial building or residential maintenance background. Compensation : $17 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
• Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
• Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
• Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
• Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
• Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
