Responsibility for implementing and scaling DPR's community initiatives and philanthropy strategies. Ensuring alignment with business objectives and community investment philosophy. Leading a high-performing team managing collaboration across geographies and workgroups to drive impact at local, national, and global levels.

The Community Initiatives Leader will work closely with the Global Social Responsibility (GSR) leader and leaders of the other GSR pillars : People, Partners, and Planet. (Reference DPR's website for more information about GSR.)

Key Responsibilities

Executive Strategy, Vision, and Enterprise Leadership

• Refine and execute the long-term corporate philanthropy vision.
• Serve as a director on the DPR Foundation board, a 501c3 philanthropy. Work with the board to scale the DPR Foundation impact.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the GSR team and Leadership Team.
• Champion equity-centered giving and inclusive community partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Service Groups, Regions, and Business Units to integrate community initiatives.
• Identify and implement plans for strategic partnerships with our non-profit partners.
• Represent the company externally with non-profit partners and industry coalitions.
• Explore opportunities for volunteer incentives : employee matching, dollars for doers, etc.
• Explore best practices to scale the team.
• Enhance the overall communication strategy.
• Develop company-wide guidelines for philanthropy giving and fundraising.

Anticipated starting pay range : $152,000.00- $220,000.00
