Product Engineering Manager
Collins Aerospace's Power & Controls team is seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead the full lifecycle of fuel controls and electro-mechanical components from technology development and new product introduction to manufacturing and aftermarket support.
This key leadership role oversees a team of engineers and is responsible for driving strategy, technical execution, and engineering excellence. As part of a matrixed organization, the role involves leading cross-functional engineering teams, managing technical projects, and collaborating closely with Global Engineering, Operations, and external customers.
This is a customer-facing position requiring strong communication skills and serves as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
We're looking for an innovative, action-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll work with program and discipline chiefs, fellows, and subject matter experts to strengthen our product line and support strategic planning, business development, and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
