Behavior Specialist

A company is looking for a Behavior Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, facilitate, document, and revise Behavior Support Plans in accordance with individual support plans and company policy

Conduct observations and comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) for various behavioral issues

Collaborate with individuals, families, and teams to maintain behavior support plans and train support staff on implementation

Required Qualifications

Relevant experience in behavioral health or a related field

Ability to work under appropriate clinical supervision

Knowledge of Behavior Support Plans and Functional Behavioral Assessments

Experience in training and mentoring support teams

Ability to complete documentation and data collection per policy
