Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles accurately and efficiently to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform work in accordance with factory and dealership standards, ensuring quality and safety.
• Stay current with Mazda training and other OEM certifications to maintain technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure customers' vehicles are kept clean and notify the service advisor immediately of any changes to the vehicle’s appearance or condition.
• Keep the shop area neat, organized, and clean to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
