JOB DESCRIPTION : Hospital in Pennsylvania is seeking a Medical Director / Outpatient Pediatrician for our pediatric practice. This position also carries a dual appointment with a nearby College of Medicine and access to many of their resources. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package offered. The Medical Director will direct the clinical activities of the practice, physicians, and nurse practitioners. Candidates will have proven experience in the areas of practice administration, mentoring, quality improvement, physician mentoring / counseling, and development / implementation of policies and procedures.
