Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students in a dynamic Ann Arbor, MI school setting. This contract position is for the current school year (CSY) and offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the educational outes of students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive learning environments.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student performance and behavior.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs across various grade levels.
Qualifications :
