A company is looking for a Developer-Mass Spectrometry in the Transitional Research, Innovation & Test Development Office.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements novel tests, methodologies, and technologies for the laboratory
Improves existing methods and validates new technology within the work unit
Organizes validation data, prepares it for publication, and participates in presentations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology, chemistry, or biological science, and 2 years of relevant laboratory experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with a certificate in MLS and 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with LC-MSMS, GC-MSMS, and HPCL platforms is preferred
Master's degree in relevant fields or a Doctoral degree (PhD) in chemistry or biological science is preferred
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with strong critical thinking skills
ASCP or other relevant certification may be required depending on laboratory specialty
