Whether you’re experienced in 13D Residential Systems or have CAD skills and are eager to learn, we’re willing to train the right candidate who’s motivated and detail-oriented.

What You’ll Do :

  • Design 13D residential fire sprinkler systems using AutoSprink & AutoCAD (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Prepare permit submittals, hydraulic & seismic calculations, fabrication & install drawings
  • Coordinate with MEP trades via BIM / lay-over software
  • Review drawings, survey sites & support field installation teams
  • Communicate with AHJs, contractors, and project managers
  • Deliver accurate, code-compliant designs that ensure field success

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Required : WA State Level 1 Certificate of Competency (or ability to obtain)
  • Fire sprinkler design experience (preferred, but not required)
  • CAD experience (AutoCAD preferred) and willingness to learn AutoSprink
  • Knowledge of NFPA codes (especially NFPA 13D) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization & time management
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills
