Responsibilities

Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation regulations.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge in radiation therapy.

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team.

Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance goals.

Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient treatment plans.

Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve treatment effectiveness.

Provide support and education to patients regarding their treatment.

Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.

Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and departmental goals.

Experience / Qualifications

Proven experience in administering radiation therapy techniques and protocols.
