The key responsibility of the Inside Sales Manager is to manage departmental processes as well as the Steel Structures team. This role is responsible for the team's overall performance, including ongoing coaching, planning, and training.
The Ideal Candidate will :
- Create priorities and sales plans for your teams and monitor priorities and KPIs.
- Conduct regular 1 : 1 coaching sessions to identify and coach challenges.
- Develop and track improvement areas with team members.
- Support team members in training and overcoming dealer objections when necessary.
- Communicate changes to the terms and conditions for team members.
- Achieve sales growth to budget for each product line.
- Partner with the Outside Sales team during the process of closing a sale to foster and grow relationships with dealer partners.
- Communicate any changes in the systems or processes and train teams accordingly.
- Perform regular reviews of dealers, including volumes and performance, to inform adjustments in sales strategies as warranted.
