A company is looking for a BSA Compliance Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage BSA team members to ensure compliance with CTR, MIR, CIP, and SAR reporting functions
Oversee quality control review processes for various BSA reports and ensure timely filing with regulatory bodies
Train and evaluate department staff, assist with regulatory examinations, and collaborate with other departments on BSA / AML policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
4+ years of experience in financial compliance, fraud, or BSA / AML roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
BSA / AML Certification is required
Advanced understanding of BSA / AML regulations and financial compliance practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with BSA-related software preferred
