Position Summary
The Program Manager will lead contract execution, manage project delivery, and serve as the primary point of contact with NSWCPD. This role oversees staffing, performance, reporting, and ensures compliance with Navy and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as overall lead and primary customer interface.
- Manage contract performance, staffing, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resources.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and compliance.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide weekly / monthly reports on performance, issues, and risks.
- Coordinate onboarding and transition of personnel.
- Ensure compliance with RMF, cybersecurity, and DoD requirements.
