This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm
• Patients Per Day : 12-16
• Practice Setting : Outpatient
• Scope : Primary Care
• State Licensure : Any Unrestricted State License and Active State Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners : No
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30-45 Days
