About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Digital Strategy to spearhead its digital transformation and lead strategic initiatives in AI, marketing, and media. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the digital roadmap, championing the integration of AI technologies, and delivering high-performance, data-driven, and personalized marketing strategies. This executive role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI applications in marketing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in digital and media strategy. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing media planning and buying, serving as a strategic advisor to clients, and leading a high-performing digital team. Applicants for the VP of Digital Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in digital and media strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required. The role demands a candidate with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and a measurable impact, who can embody the company's core values of curiosity, teamwork, problem-solving, and integrity. Experience in AI innovation, team development, and a background in agile and digital product development are preferred.
