About the SOAR Program : The SOAR (Succession Opportunities through Advanced Rotation) Program is designed to provide hands-on training for individuals who are new to or beginning their careers in construction project management. Through structured rotations across key functional areas-including Design, Estimating, Engineering, Shop, Field, and Project Management-participants gain comprehensive industry exposure.

As a SOAR participant, you will learn through on-the-job experience, supported by online courses available through our in-house learning portal, Cornerstone Learning. The program's success lies in applying these experiences to real-world project scenarios. This unique training opportunity requires flexibility, as participants must be open to travel and relocation throughout their rotations.
