Started Operations in 1985

Fort Smith team works 24 / 7 creating wet formed fiberglass mat that is used in further manufacturing processes, such as shingles. Our new facility is nearing completion and has increased the size of our team, and another new production line is just starting construction. Warehouse production support will work 12 hour shifts; rotating schedule that will allows team members regular weekends off work.

Work Schedules follow 2 week pattern : Working 6PM- 6 AM OR 6AM- 6PM

Week 1 : Monday- Work; Tuesday & Wednesday- OFF; Thursday & Friday- Work; Saturday & Sunday-OFF

Week 2 : Monday- OFF;Tuesday & Wednesday- Work;Thursday & Friday-OFF;Saturday & Sunday- Work

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Works as a warehouse team member and performs all positions in departmental on rotational basis. Loads, unloads, and transports finished goods and in-process products to and from warehouse and production line. Unloads, receives, transports and stores materials, supplies and equipment in receiving sections or warehouse locations as directed. Prepares truck loads of finished goods for shipment. Support inventory cycle counting of finished goods and materials. Performs general housekeeping, 5S, and participates in downtime cleaning activities
