Director, Strategic Accounts
The Columbia Sales team partners with external partners and internal teams to understand the needs of consumers and the marketplace. This role leads the team and process.
As the Director, Strategic Accounts, you will focus on Columbia Sportswear's Bass Pro Shop / Cabela's, Famous Footwear, and Shoe Carnival accounts. This role is responsible for developing and executing plans based on company objectives that promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will strengthen existing executive-level client relationships and develop new business opportunities within the accounts. You will drive strategy and growth in conjunction with your sales team and cross-functional partners.
