A company is looking for a Travel Quality Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor interactions between travel advisors and card members to ensure compliance with quality standards
Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to travel advisors based on quality monitoring results
Collaborate with managers to analyze trends, recommend improvements, and create action plans for performance enhancement
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Quality Monitoring Software and Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in both written and verbal English
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Experience in quality assurance or a related field
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
