Job Description
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient processes. You’ll be responsible for supervising warehouse, maintenance, and production personnel while managing logistics, inventory control, and equipment disassembly. This short-term assignment plays a key role in maintaining safety, accuracy, and workflow continuity during a facility relocation project.
Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse, maintenance, and production personnel in daily operationsOversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management activitiesManage stock transfers, system transactions, and equipment relocationEnsure accurate and timely staging and picking of materials for relocationConduct and oversee cycle count activities per company proceduresCommunicate stock discrepancies and coordinate with planning personnelMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentManage bar-code systems and ensure proper use by warehouse staffSupport logistics for plant equipment disassembly and movementPerform other supervisory duties as directed by managementQualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing or warehousingExperience managing a union workforce is required3–5 years of shipping, receiving, and inventory experienceJD Edwards ERP experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsExperience with continuous process improvementExperience relocating a warehouse or manufacturing facility is a plusMust be immediately available to startBenefits and Perks

The base pay range for this position is $20.00 / hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
