job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCreate appealing, polished keyframe animation in Maya for characters and cameras. Translate storyboards, animatics, and direction into expressive performance, staging, and timing. Assist in preparing shot files, blocking out scenes, establishing rough camera setups. Participate in reviews and address feedback from directors and supervisors. Deliver quality work on schedule while maintaining established artistic and technical standards. Collaborate with team to solve creative and technical challenges. Support workflow improvements and contribute to team efficiency. Communicate regularly with leads and production staff to manage deadlines and flag concerns. 2+ years of professional experience as a 3D Animator in production. Proficiency in Autodesk Maya required; Adobe Suite experience a plus. Strong grasp of animation principles, character performance, and cinematography. Ability to deliver ~30 seconds of quality animation per week. Clear communicator who can both give and receive feedback constructively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment. Bonus skills : MEL / Python scripting, version control / project management tools, familiarity with Anime and / or Minecraft-style content, experience working on remote teams. Mid-Senior level Temporary Design, Art / Creative, and Information Technology Entertainment Providers
