Position : ALLIED-Respiratory Therapist (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.
Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary.
Stay updated with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and technologies.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all treatments.
Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy procedures and equipment.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Ensure all respiratory therapy equipment is functioning properly and safely.
Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance patient care.
Participate in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
Experience / Qualifications
Administer respiratory therapy treatments as per physician's prescriptions.
Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Stay updated with the latest techniques in respiratory therapy.
