We are seeking an experienced CNC / Machine Programmer to join our production team. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality in the fabrication process. If you have hands-on machining experience, strong programming skills, and a detail-oriented mindset, this position offers both stability and opportunities for growth.

As a CNC Programmer, you’ll take ownership of programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with operators to keep production running smoothly, and your precision will directly impact product quality and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs for production.
  • Set up and test programs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operators and shop staff to maintain seamless workflow.
  • Ensure reliable, precise output across all machining projects.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience as a CNC operator or machinist.
  • Proven ability to write and edit CNC programs.
  • Familiarity with CAD / CAM software.
  • Strong understanding of tooling and machining processes.
  • Detail-focused, mechanically minded, and adaptable problem solver.
