As our Director of Trade Marketing, you will craft impactful retail experiences by turning strategic brand plans into disruptive activations across top beauty retailers and new international markets. You will collaborate closely with external retail partners, leadership, brand marketing, and key account management to ensure each activation is both commercially powerful and creatively brilliant.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead the retail marketing vision by building and owning the trade marketing calendar for major retailers, aligning brand campaigns with retailer priorities.
- Partner for powerful launches by working alongside leadership, key account managers, and brand marketing to translate sell-in plans into sell-through success through in-store visibility and e-commerce presence.
- Create conversion-driving programs that develop 360° retail initiatives, integrating merchandising, digital retail media, sampling, and events to maximize shopper engagement.
- Execute global retail storytelling by adapting and implementing brand marketing and creative visions through strategic trade programs tailored to local markets and retailers while maintaining strong global brand cohesion.
- Oversee visual merchandising by managing the process in collaboration with leadership, brand marketing, and key account managers to ensure all displays, planograms, and gondolas are impactful, premium, consistent with brand DNA, and on budget.
- Measure, analyze, and refine strategies by sharing post-activation analyses with leadership and key teams to continuously elevate and scale retail execution.
- Support field teams by partnering with leadership to maximize sales, ROI, and event execution, ensuring powerful and consistent brand representation at every in-store touchpoint.
- Ensure retailer.com excellence by streamlining communications between brand marketing, e-commerce, and retailer teams for consistent messaging, imagery, and promotions across channels.
- Own retailer presentation development and delivery through strong collaboration with brand marketing, design, social, key account management, and leadership.
- Create and manage trade marketing budgets, effectively allocating resources across retailers and programs while tracking ROI to maximize impact.
What You’ll Bring / Requirements :
