Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a night shift Operating Room assignment, requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and an active IN or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in the Operating Room of a hospital setting

Night shift hours from 8 : 30 p.m. to 7 : 00 a.m.

13-week travel contract position

Assignment covers surgical patient population

Shift does not include local travelers within a 50-mile radius

Duties include circulating and / or scrubbing in the operating room as required by patient case needs

Requests for time off (RTO) must be fewer than 7 days

Travelers must comply with hospital policies and procedures

Orientation will be provided to department-specific protocols

Requirements

Active IN or compact RN license required at time of consideration

Minimum of 1 year recent OR nursing experience required

No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Will not be considered if employed as perm staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
