General Information : Beds : 110Years of experience required? 3-5 years of MDS position Will you accept a first-time traveler? Depending on years of experience Patient Ratios : TCU-overseeing 20 30 patients Required Certifications : RNBLSMDS certification preferred Skills required : Assessing residents using the MDS forms / criteria.Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams (therapy, dietary, social work, etc.).Ensuring documentation supports the level of care and reimbursement.Experienced with training, auditing, and supporting staff on accurate MDS assessments and reimbursement compliance. MDS Admission RN focuses on the initial MDS assessment and care planning process when a resident is first admitted.Reviewing medical records and notes to ensure accuracy. Ensuring compliance with federal / state regulations. May need to assist with admission.
