As a Clinical BCBA, you will lead and support a team of RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work directly with families to create meaningful progress. You'll be supported in your role with ongoing training, mentorship, and a healthy work-life balance .

What You ll Do :
Develop and implement behavior support and skill acquisition plansSupervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing data analysisLead parent training and collaborate with familiesParticipate in IEP meetings, clinical reviews, and care planningHelp onboard and train new clinical staffMaintain accurate documentation and progress reportsWhat We re Looking For :
Master s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)Experience working with children on the autism spectrumStrong skills in data collection, reporting, and team leadershipPositive, professional, and collaborative mindsetAbility to train parents and staff in ABA strategies
