As a key member of the AWS Supply Chain team, you'll drive the adoption of our solution, an adaptive AI system that unifies planning, data, and automation. You'll work directly with strategic customers to deploy AI agents for inventory optimization, demand-supply alignment, and real-time decision-making. Your expertise will bridge supply chain operations, ERP ecosystems, and AI innovation, ensuring that we deliver measurable business outcomes while guiding its evolution across industries as diverse as energy, manufacturing, and more.

We are looking for a highly talented and technical / functional Supply Chain practitioner who can help guide customers in their adoption of the AWS Supply Chain and provide the requisite guidance and insight to the product management teams to continually improve the suite of applications. This candidate will join a Global SWAT team focused on AWS's most critical customers, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success for AWS Supply Chain. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience designing and deploying solutions across the end-to-end supply chain. Domain areas of expertise include but not limited to :

• Planning : Demand planning, Supply planning, Integrated business planning
• Supply Chain Networks : Manufacturing & distribution network optimization, Control towers, Global trade
• Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment : Available to promise, Fulfill to promise, Warehouse planning & operations
• Inventory optimization, Demand intelligence, Operational data harmonization, Multi-domain agentic workflows and AI-driven decision automation
