At Taft, a modern law firm, we are dedicated to enhancing our brand presence. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience while collaborating with legal professionals in our Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, or Indianapolis office.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage efficient event registration workflows within our CRM and event platforms, such as Cvent, to create seamless registration experiences for clients and prospects.
Assist in crafting, formatting, and sending event invitations and email communications to engage target audiences and support our email marketing initiatives, including segmenting invitation lists effectively.
Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to maintain and track event invitation, registration, and attendance lists within the CRM to ensure data accuracy and timely updates for stakeholders.
Help standardize event templates, reports, and dashboards to streamline team processes and enhance reporting consistency.
Keep the Marketing and Business Development calendar up to date with upcoming events, holidays, and office closures for coordinated scheduling.
Manage a streamlined ticket management system for sports and entertainment events across Taft markets, enhancing efficiency and ROI tracking.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key event metrics, including attendance, sponsorships, and ROI, providing valuable insights on trends quarterly and year-over-year.
Offer administrative support for CLE reporting and compliance documentation related to events.
Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effectively interacting with attorneys and staff across the firm.
Show experience in registration management and e-communication platforms, with a strong advantage for familiarity with Cvent and CRM systems.
Display the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit enthusiasm for addressing new challenges, whether independently or collaboratively within a team.
Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in data analysis tools such as PivotTables and conditional formatting, along with the ability to create insightful reports.
Adapt quickly to new technologies and continually enhance technical skills relevant to data and event management.
Maintain strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or event coordination, with a focus on data management and reporting.
This is a full-time role that may require occasional work beyond standard hours, particularly during onsite events.
