RN - Operating Room

Hourly Pay Range :

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights :

• Position : RN - Operating Room
• Location : Highland Park Hospital
• Full Time / Part Time : FT 40hrs / week
• Hours : M-F 9am-5 : 30pm / 11a-7 : 30p rotating plus an on-call requirement
• Required Travel : Must be willing to travel to other NorthShore sites

What you will need :

License : Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required

Education : BSN degree preferred

Certification : BLS / CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required

Experience : Operating Room experience strongly preferred

What you will do :

Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patient populations and families

Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care

Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice

Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care

Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
