We’re looking for a hands-on Travelling Superintendent with strong PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) experience to take charge of field operations and ensure every project runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule. You’ll be the on-site leader—coordinating crews, materials, and equipment while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Run the site : schedule subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries with precision.
• Manage the critical path and update the master schedule alongside the Project Manager.
• Oversee erection of PEMB structures , ensuring accuracy and adherence to specs.
• Operate equipment when needed to maintain progress.
• Lead quality control—inspect work and verify all components meet design and manufacturer standards.
• Stay on top of ASIs, RFIs, and submittals; communicate updates clearly and promptly.
• Enforce scopes of work and maintain accountability with subcontractors.
• Maintain daily logs and progress tracking in Procore .
• Conduct daily site walks to plan ahead and identify issues early.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and champion a culture of safety.
• Keep the site clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.
• Manage punch lists and drive projects through to successful close-out.
• Enforce the company’s safety program and immediately correct hazards.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
