As a Marketing Director, you will help to oversee the M arketing Team and partner with the Business Development and Estimating Department, providing a strong emphasis on marketing support services.

Qualifications for this position :

• Thorough understanding of A / E / C industry terminology and delivery methods
• Expert-level computer software understanding and proficiency; knowledge, skills, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and the ability to go back and forth and merge content between Adobe and Microsoft software programs.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform experience, primarily Salesforce
• Proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams) and WordPress
• Excellent mindfulness, such as color, scale, proportion, etc.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Follow through consistently. Ability to improvise, adapt, and overcome under pressure and meet deadlines.
