• Monday - Friday schedule with option for 4 / 10 hour shifts
• 24 - 26 patients per day with 30% no-show ratio
• Family practice treating patients ages 2 and up
• Focus on chronic conditions including COPD, diabetes, and endocrine disorders
• Walk-in acute care patients accepted
