Key Responsibilities
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the learner journey and identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement
Lead the development and implementation of improvements to the learner portal and website, focusing on usability and accessibility
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and create a cohesive learner experience
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in learner experience management, user experience design, or customer journey mapping
Strong knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and learner-centered design methodologies
Proficiency in project management with excellent organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and translate insights into practical solutions
Familiarity with educational technology, learner portals, or student support systems is highly desirable
