SCHEDULE :

  • Coverage needed March 21-28
  • Mon-Fri 8am-4 : 30pm

Coverage Need Details :

  • Must have a active IL license
  • Locum will be responsible for patient evaluation, simulation and dosimetry treatment planning, prescription for radiation therapy, weekly assessments of patients under treatment, and post-treatment patient follow-up. The physician is also responsible for checking daily images for verification of alignment and accuracy of treatment.
  • Radiation Oncology clinic coverage - no call, holidays or weekends!
  • 25-30 patients under treatment per day, both locations.
  • Cases - External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups
  • Procedures required - on site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on treatment visits, occasional follow up or consult.

  • DEA Required? : Yes
  • State Licensure : IL
  • CSR License Required? : Yes

    • CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

  • BLS

    • Minimum Board Certification : BE

    EMR System : Epic
