Resource Coordinator - Digital Solutions
The Resource Coordinator Digital Solutions plays a vital role in the daily operations of the Digital Solutions Service & Support Center, reporting to the Operations Manager - Digital Solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle, data integrity, and operational status of the national Digital Solutions device fleet. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between Operations, Sales, Regional Offices, and customers ensuring equipment accuracy, proactive validation, and compliance with internal processes. This is a highly detail-oriented and process-driven role that combines elements of inventory control, data analysis, reporting, customer and internal support, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Digital Solutions devices from provisioning and deploying to maintenance, return, and decommissioning ensuring optimal fleet performance and traceability.
- Execute weekly inventory validation and data reconciliation across platforms including NetSuite and Excel trackers to maintain accuracy and operational integrity.
- Lead regular physical inventory audits to account for all in-service, out-of-service, and floating Digital Solutions equipment.
- Proactively follow up with Project Managers and regional offices to resolve discrepancies related to missing, idle, or misclassified equipment.
- Work directly with clients to maintain and update comprehensive customer and job profiles to provide clear visibility into device deployment, rental status, and job-level allocations.
- Coordinate closely with Finance and Client Support Services to ensure accurate billing, resolve usage discrepancies, and expedite returns of non-billable equipment.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by serving as the operations point-of-contact for Sales, Support, Field Teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Document and refine best practices for device tracking, data validation, and inventory control processes to support operational excellence.
- Support team development initiatives, sharing knowledge and assisting with onboarding and training of new team members.
- Operate company vehicles professionally and safely, adhering to DOT regulations and maintaining required logs and documentation when applicable.
Qualifications :
Associate's degree in IT, HVAC, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent work experience.Working knowledge of Digital Solutions platforms, sensors, and communication protocols (LoRaWAN, WiFi, LTE).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite, Matrix+, and cloud-based inventory systems a plus.Exceptional attention to detail; meticulous in data accuracy and process compliance.Ability to analyze, interpret, and report on technical and operational data.Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.Demonstration of Polygon Values :
