What Will You Do?

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Data Science) to define and shape product strategy

Use statistical, machine learning, and econometric models to analyze large datasets, measure results, and predict outcomes

Design and implement innovative data science solutions to influence key product decisions

Lead experiments, develop key metrics, and ensure observability for our products

Drive the collection and refinement of data to ensure the best possible decision-making infrastructure

Communicate complex data-driven insights to stakeholders and inspire action

What Will You Need?

5+ years of experience in data science with a track record of innovation

PhD or MS in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Economics)

Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and experimental design

Proficiency in a scientific computing language (R, Python) and SQL

Experience designing and deploying complex models at scale

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven ability to influence high-level decision-making

Strong project management and organizational skills
